Phase One: 

·       Supported the development of “E-Brick” electro-ceramic refractory material, from early R&D to first manufacture.

·       Built and operated high voltage experiments in one-of-a-kind high-temperature test furnace for “E-brick” performance testing including RTD and power testing. Directed cross-functional teams during thermal imaging operations, ensuring safe handling of high-pressure gases and high-power systems while capturing important imagery.

·      Built and commissioned the first "E-Brick" production line: installation of electrical and pneumatic systems and assisting in all stages of commissioning: mold development, process optimization, operator training, quality control for initial 4-month production run.

·      Led the rapid prototyping of custom electrode assemblies using a precious metal for the company’s first commercial demonstration system, including crimp development, fatigue testing and installation instruction.

·      Scaled 3D printing operations for a production run, with inventory and cost-tracking systems.

·      Administered the company wide Health & Safety Institute (HSI) safety training software, ensuring proper compliance from individuals and teams.
